A non-dialogue short film exploring a young painter’s struggle between academic expectations and the pursuit of creative freedom. In writing and directing the piece, I focused on subtlety—using gestures, shifts in environment, and visual rhythm to communicate the artist’s cycle of trying, failing, and trying again to meet standards they don’t fully understand.
